I use a Dresden Base for Raised Gold for all of my raised embellishments and Raised Scroll work in addition to using it as a base coat on Bisque for pre-treating areas for Gold application. An example of how I use Base for Raised Gold in a painting is shown in the close-up photo of a vase.
