This special hand painted porcelain tray is Phyllis McElhinney's tribute to her home state of Missouri. She features the Missouri state bird, the bluebird, and the Missouri state flower, the hawthorn, in this fine example of china painting. With this study, china painters from around the world can develop their own skills in painting these Missouri favorites. Phyllis' study includes a full color photo, instructions, and an illustration of the design.
